What stays on your device

Your check-in answers, mood and momentum log are stored only in your browser (local storage). They are never transmitted to us or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes them.

What you choose to send us

Two things leave your device, and only when you decide to send them: a message via the contact form (your name, optional email and message, emailed to our team), and a community post if you choose to share one. Community posts are reviewed by a moderator before appearing and should never contain personal identifying details.

Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address (and first name, if you give it) only to send you the newsletter. We use double opt-in — you confirm by clicking a link — so no one can be added without their say-so. We never share or sell your address, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe here anytime.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't require an account to use the tools. Standard server logs (kept by our host for security) may record IP addresses temporarily.
