Reflection
Resilience isn’t a personality. It’s a practice.
We talk about resilient men like they’re a type — born tougher, wired differently. It lets the rest of us off the hook: I’m just not one of those.
But most of what looks like toughness is just reps. A hundred small moments of choosing the harder, better thing when no one was watching — going to bed on time, making the call, not sending the text you’d regret. None of them felt heroic. They added up anyway.
You don’t need to become a different kind of man. You need a few more reps than yesterday.

Been through something like this?
Your experience could be the thing that gets the next man through his week.
